Taking a cue from my friend, Cross Town Lori (LL), I'm having a senior's breakfast this morning.
A slice of my birthday carrot cake with whipped cream!
Old age comes with benefits.
One of them is you can eat whatever you want whenever you want.
And a paper plate so you can leave no trace behind of your dietary wanderings.
Hey, there has to be a few benefits!
Oops - I've been doing that for years. I always knew I was an old soul. Ha!
Sounds like a good idea to me.
Now you're talkin'!
Carrots are healthy! It's almost like a vegetable dish with some dairy on the side. :)
A bowl of raw eggs with wasabi sauce and pig bristles at three o'clock in the morning?
Yummy!
I like that logic.
If that's what you like I'd be the last one to forbid it.
Hurray for octogenerians!
There has to be some perks to this aging thing!?! :)
If I tried that my blood sugar would surge, then crash :-(
That looks like a delicious birthday treat. Yum.
Sounds only fair.
I would love to be able to eat whatever, whenever, but I do need to lose weight and keep my BP and cholesterol under control. I want to live long enough to see the twins and my new great grandson grow up.
