I made Snickerdoodles yesterday.
A traditional holiday cinnamon cookie.
The only problem was that the recipe only makes a dozen and a half and they're going fast with just the two of us spoiling ourselves.
I've been thinking I may have to make another batch today!

Have you never heard of the concept of self-restraint? Those cookies should last you a week!
Have you ever tried making a full batch and then freezing the extra dough in a roll? Just pull a roll out of the freezer and slice it for another batch of fresh cookies!
Double the recipe and see if they last twice as long. I haven't made any in years. Maybe it's time I did.
Are Snickerdoodles traditional for Xmas or are you kidding around? Never heard of that. We do frosted sugar cookies and Russian teacakes.
I always liked those.
