I made Snickerdoodles yesterday.
A traditional holiday cinnamon cookie.
The only problem was that the recipe only makes a dozen and a half and they're going fast with just the two of us spoiling ourselves.
I've been thinking I may have to make another batch today!
I had the best lemon bars at the company party yesterday! Asked for the recipe!

ReplyDeleteHave you ever tried making a full batch and then freezing the extra dough in a roll? Just pull a roll out of the freezer and slice it for another batch of fresh cookies!
