SOLVED

I should have reported earlier but our leaky faucet is leaking no more.

I contacted a plumber the same day and very resourceful Josh turned up as scheduled the next morning and diagnosed the problem which involved removing a pipe in the wall inside the house and installing a new one.

So no more drip, drip, drip.

It's always good to know where to find a good plumber.

Well that's what we need to do, too. Love the graphic!

tc/Light/Breezes....Amen to that. Here's a twist on your story.
Our former plumber, a great guy and old surfer, is retiring. So in finding a new plumber we asked around and was told about a dynamic young man who is also a good plumber. turns out he came west to be a chef for a major operation, which after he moved his wife and child, closed. to make ends meet he began to apprentice for a long time plumber in the community who sadly was dieing. He's classically trained as a chef, was recruited for the wine owned operation that closed. He's now running a plumbing business. I've been trying to figure a way he could do the easy repairs and then prepare a blue ribbon meal.!

Screw Batman, Superman and all the other existing superheroes. What we need is a bunch of new superheroes like Plumberman, SuperPlasterer and Nursewoman - all doing great jobs for ordinary people. I would buy those comics and watch those films.

What a relief that the pipe is fixed! I hate leaky pipes; they can be so destructive. :(

Good plumbers are hard to find.

It's great that you found a knowledgeable guy to solve the issue! And in a timely manner, too. Can't beat that with a stick!

LOVE the new header. Good plumbers are worth their weight in gold, and they know it so charge accordingly. Here anyway.

I have a cartoon on my wall, labelled "Ironman" the image is a man ironing his own shirts while his wife looks on with hearts floating around her.
