Either would be good and I think I may have some pesto in the freezer. LL, mozarella, oh I guess it's mozzarella, is the white stuff on your frozen store bought pizzas.
It looks scrumptious. In England, we spell the word in the same way as the French - omelette! "Omelet" seems like a dyslexic child's attempt to spell the word. I'm just sayin'.
I've never used mozarella. I'd add pesto to that!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds worth a try!

ReplyDeleteI would love to try it!
ReplyDeleteYou'd be welcome.
DeleteYum! I need to make omelets soon. Got eggs, cheese, peppers, onions, even chicken-of-the-woods mushrooms. And ham bits. Yep, omelets on the menu!
ReplyDeleteOh man, your omelets sound a lot better than mine.
ReplyDeleteI love omelets and it looks great to me!

ReplyDeleteLooks very nice. I'll have mind bursting with cheddar, peppers, onions and mushrooms please.
ReplyDelete*sits down at table, expectantly*
Have a good day!
My grandpa would have put salsa on that! It always seemed odd to me. But not as odd as having a jar of pickled pig's feet in his fridge.
