SATURDAY MORNING

A (semi-)perfect breakfast.

A two-egg omelet rather sloppily flipped with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses melted inside.




It tasted good, anyway.

  2. Either would be good and I think I may have some pesto in the freezer. LL, mozarella, oh I guess it's mozzarella, is the white stuff on your frozen store bought pizzas.

  3. Yum! I need to make omelets soon. Got eggs, cheese, peppers, onions, even chicken-of-the-woods mushrooms. And ham bits. Yep, omelets on the menu!

  6. It looks scrumptious. In England, we spell the word in the same way as the French - omelette! "Omelet" seems like a dyslexic child's attempt to spell the word. I'm just sayin'.

  8. My grandpa would have put salsa on that! It always seemed odd to me. But not as odd as having a jar of pickled pig's feet in his fridge.
