It's 44 and windy this morning up in the canyon. We had a fire in the stove last night and Cakes turned on the furnace when we went to bed. Too cold for morning coffee on the porch.
A bit concerned about the crack in the wall, until I went back to the top and saw it was a boundary(?) wall, not a house wall. Still enjoying damp and windy weather in France. Winter seems to be a long way off.
Nice photos, but not a pleasant reality. Nope, snow is not a favorite around this house. Only in the 50's here on the Central Coast, but bright sun and clear blue skies. Had almost a half an inch of rain yesterday!

ReplyDelete46 years ago I left my navy pea coat with some babe in Bismarck when I moved to Indianapolis. I still regret it.
DeleteYou got it before us, thanks.
ReplyDeleteI like the photo with the leaves still trying to hang on surrounded by snow.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness already?! Looks pretty with the red maple.

ReplyDeleteNo snow here - yay! Although it was 30 degrees this morning. I am so not ready for winter!

That is SO not fair! You don't even care about missing school for a snow day. And we're getting three inches of rain.
ReplyDeleteOh no! I like the kind of wink on the last picture.
ReplyDeleteI haven't talked to my sister Judy since last Thursday so I didn't know you had snow up there. It looks very nice, especially from here.
