Today was a perfect example of that old saw - "If you don't like the weather, just wait a minute."
The weather forecast says we could get 5 to 8 inches of snow tonight. We'll see.
Update: It's now down to 1 to 3 inches of snow if we get anything.
In the meantime, here are some sky scenes all shot within a few minutes of each other.
We have had a few days above freezing and some of the snow is melting. About time, is all I can say.
ReplyDeleteI noticed your balcony was clear today. We can still get some heavy snows in late February and March here.
ReplyDeleteDown here is Houston, we all figured that the cold weather was over. After all, we had ten days in a row that it dipped down into the 30's. That is downright blizzard conditions for us.

Jerry - I have a blogger pal who lives in Conroe. He's some kind of an engineer and said just when the daytime highs were getting up into the 70's, his company is sending him to England! There's no justice.
ReplyDeleteI love those wide-open western skies!
ReplyDeleteWe've now missed three major east-coast storms in a row and are looking at bare ground, which is unheard of at this time of year.
Ah, Colonel, but it's only February!
ReplyDeleteI was betting on no snow. I bet wrong!
ReplyDeleteJudy - I'm with you. No tickets cashed by me either.
