LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW . . . UP NORTH!
For those of you concerned about the old Catalyst's weather, here's the real dope. The heavy snow was in the mountains around Prescott and about 80 miles away where Flagstaff got around a foot. But here? Just a dusting.
It did rain much of yesterday but it only turned to snow around 9 or 10 last night and then moved off. So, while it's chilly and wet outside, very little snow.
The mountains are the best place for snow. That's where it should stay. I'm sure I wouldn't be hard to find a kid to offer up a rebuttal..
ReplyDeleteNow see, here's where I'm weird. If it's going to be cold & I'm going to have to wear the hat & gloves & big coat anyway - it might as well snow, don't you think? Especially now that I've learned how to drive in it (it only took about 10 of the 14 years I've lived in Ohio for me to get the hang of it)...
ReplyDeleteStephen - I'm with you.
ReplyDeleteDana - Yes, you are weird. No, growing up in North Dakota gave me a total dislike for snow.
I'm with Bug on this one. A few inches of snow would be fun. A few feet of snow...not so fun. But regardless, we have no control over it, so just go with it. Stay warm and dry.

Snow, we expect more this weekend, I need a new shovel.
