A STRATA

Sunday morning brunch dish.


My wife calls it a strata.  The recipe calls it a breakfast casserole.  Whatever.  Bread, eggs, sausage, cheese, green chiles.  It's a winner.

    The only thing better than cooking on a Sunday morning is EATING on a Sunday morning. That looks delicious! :)

    Mine makes that here too although she often uses sausage. No cholesterol at all! (yea right!)
