Ok...the retired medico in me comes out: 1. Sleep apnea, obvious, the tissue around the esophagus/laryngx interface is occluded, resulting in daytime inappropriate sleep. 2. The facial adipose tissue has interfered with his ability to see.....he's run into a wall in the bar he was in and was concussed. 3. That blurry thing in the upper right side of the photo is a lower are, doing something inappropriate. Fee in the mail.
I don't know what that is but it sure needs ironing!
