I can understand how they got that name. I've watched them clean out a feeder in 30 minutes.
I read you post from yesterday. Hasn't the wind been crazy lately? It's not as bad today but, the last two days have been very windy down here.

My dad, when we camped, would sit with a piece of cracker on the bill of his cap, at Odell Lake in Oregon. The Jays would swoop and snatch them off with hardly a pause. My sister once claimed the took a bracelet of hers, but she was an unreliable historian.
