BLOWIN' IN THE WIND

The title of this post could refer to the current presidential election campaign in the United States of America.

Or it could reflect back to the originator of that phrase who has recently won the Nobel Prize for Literature . . . "finally", for some; "inexplicably", for others.

Or it could just refer to my neighbors' Pampas Grass.

You pays your money, you makes your choice.

I'll go with "C". Pampas Grass. Final Answer.

Dillon is a great song writer, has a unique voice, love his guitar and harmonica playing, but the coolest thing he has ever done in his whole life is to ignore the Nobel Prize. I don't know why I think that is cool, I just do.

These always remind me of something to be waved at a sultan.

Like Joeh above, I wonder why Dylan is seemingly unresponsive to the committee's attempts to contact him? He never struck me as a Brando type, who famously sent someone else to get his Oscar.

Perfect caption for the photos.

We have a lot of that pampas grass here and in fact, I took a bunch of photos of it yesterday. I really like the stuff, especially from a distance with the sun shining on it! :)

I do enjoy seeing pampas grass against a blue sky!

I have several varieties of pampas grass clumps in the front garden. They are rather impressive.
