Our house faces the sun rise over the Santa Lucia mountains. It fills every window in the front of house including our bed room up stairs. Sun rise is as spectacular as sun set and it leads to that quiet golden light of early morning.
Lovely! That has been one positive of having to leave my house to go to work - I’ve enjoyed seeing the sun rise. And yesterday the moon was GLORIOUS as I was headed to work! I saw it just before I got the flat tire...

This time of year is pretty much the only time of year when I can reliably see the dawn. I have to have a really bad night in summer to see them.

I love dawn and feel a special kinship with others who also love watching the sun come up.
