That's cool. 12:43 a.m. there, and 30 degrees. I feel happy, yet kind of staggery. I hope someone carries me, like I saw other staggery people get carried three times during my visit.
It's difficult to forget it St. Pat's day where I live. My youngest describes the day in Butte MT as "A low-rent Mardi Gras, only cold and snowing." It's pretty accurate, drunks everywhere from 10am onwards, gunfire at midnight, etc. It's one of the many oddities of Butte, like Evel Kenievel Days, who is Butte's main claim to fame, and most people think was a complete jerk. snowing this morning, another 2", enough to cover the beer cans on the streets.
Wildflower Bread Co. carries Irish Soda Bread this week!
ReplyDeleteGood lord, it's busy!

ReplyDeleteThanks for the link! It looks like they're getting snow too -- just like us. I totally forgot that it was St. Patrick's Day yesterday!
