I've been taking pictures of the tree in front of our home for about a week as the leaves changed color so I thought I'd show them to you today.
On another note, my older brother passed away last night in Minot, North Dakota.
Wayne had turned 90 at the end of July but was suffering from congestive heart failure.
He died peacefully under hospice care in a hospital.
My sincere sympathy on the loss of your brother. Thankfully quiet and peaceful.

Ah, Bruce, so sorry. This is the part of getting old that sucks. Rick's YOUNGER brother died in May. I think the whole family is still in shock that of 8 siblings he was the first to die. Life's dicey. East dessert first.
ReplyDeleteCondolences for your loss. Hope you and Judy are doing well.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry for your loss. The tree is lovely.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry for the loss of your brother in this season of fallen leaves. In the Jewish tradition we say, May his memory be for a blessing.

ReplyDeleteSorry for your loss. We passed through Minot on the way back from Calgary to Sarnia, where we used to live. We drove the American route across to Michigan and then south before we crossed back into Canada.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear that you lost your bother. My sympathy to you and your family.

ReplyDeleteMy heart goes out to you Brother Bruce. I lost my one and only Brother 3 years ago and it was devastating 💔 😢. At least you still have me your Brother from a different Mother to celebrate 🍾 our Birthday on the same day for now.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry for your loss. Even when we know it is coming, it is still hard.
