THE FRIDAY FUNNIES

 So 'tis Friday once again.

How was your week?

Mine (DBacks knock Dodgers out of post-season baseball) was okay.

(hee-hee-hee)

But enough about my joy, let's get on to spreading some across the land.

And the seas.

To other lands.

It's time for the funnies!

And, to put it quite simply, that's it Gentle Readers.

Now, as ever, try to live it up the next couple of days and have yourselves an evergreen weekend.

(Oh, and forget that today is Friday the 13th!  Ha! You did, didn't you?)

But always remember to keep laughing!

Here, kitty-kitty . . .

( . . now where did she go? . . )

  1. I DID NOT know it was Friday the 13th until you told me! Loved the IKEA and took me a bit to get the Trekkies. All good! Thanks for an early start to my day. What on earth are YOU doing up so early?

  3. I knew it was Friday the 13th because I was out yesterday & when I did my out of office email it said I would return on Friday the 13th and I had a little frisson of alarm until I remembered that Dr. M was BORN on a Friday the 13th, so it's a lucky day in our house.

  6. It took me a while to figure out the figure 8 and then I groaned big time. This is another great group of funnies. I've done that wintersault before many times.

  10. I forgot completely that this was Friday the 13th! The 'who cares I'm retired shirt'? I thought yesterday was Friday. I was telling people we were going to have a partial solar eclipse the following day (today). I had to message them all back and tell them that the eclipse was on Saturday. You'll have a good view of it out there. We will not get the ring of fire effect.

  14. Fun blog. I’m glad the Dodgers lost to the Diamondbacks. For some reason we’re not getting the games. I would have liked to watch. We’re getting the Astros / Texans games and I’m hoping the Texans win.

  15. Delivered! That's a good one. And yes, as a former cat owner, I can testify that cartoon is completely true. (Also sometimes true of dogs.)
