I know you're probably getting bored with this but visiting the leaf-covered parking lot again when taking Judy to PT, I had an idea.
I picked up one of the leaves and brought it home with us to display how huge these Sycamore leaves are, using the aforementioned SWMBO as a model.
As you can see, it completely covers her face.
And, as you can see, she's standing on her own using only one hand to steady herself.
I think she's making great progress in recovering from her knee replacement surgery.
After doing 20 step-ups at her physical therapy session today, she's not so sure.
So let's leaf her alone, shall we?
Hahaha! Big as a dinner plate! Kudos to PT and Judy! In the 50's we would bring home pretty fallen leaves and iron them between 2 pieces of waxed paper and hang them in the window. Like cheap stained glass!
ReplyDeleteThat's a really big leaf! Hope Judy's recovery gets better and easier for her. (NewRobin13)
ReplyDeleteGood work with PT, Judy! Keep it up.
ReplyDeleteWow, those leaves are huge! Glad Judy is doing well.
ReplyDeleteThat's a big leaf! Glad Judy is improving!
ReplyDeleteI love that leaf, and I'm happy Judy is making such good progress. I'm sorry it's so painful.
ReplyDeleteThat is some leaf..how tall is the tree?
ReplyDeleteNice hat, Judy, just the thing for this weather!!
The PT sounds grueling but Judy's progress is amazing. She is a determined kind of woman, and you probably need to keep on her good side!
ReplyDeleteOne big leaf.
ReplyDeleteThat is a nice looking leaf and a determined lady behind it. Glad the knee is coming along okay.
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear you're on the mind Brody!
ReplyDeleteLet's keep supporting her until the knee is back to normal.
ReplyDeleteSorta, kinda, like the fan dance eh? Great to see her standing.
ReplyDeleteShe's making an amazing recovery! That leaf is gigantic.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely time for a rest after 20 step-ups.
ReplyDeleteI beLeave you
