The other day I noticed a blue bag high up in a neighbor's tree.
It's still stuck there and what I do is watch it to see when it will finally get loose or just rot and dissolve.
But it *is* plastic so that may take a few light years.
Anyway, we people more advanced in age have to have something to occupy our daily lives and that's mine.
But let's get to the business at hand, shall we?

Well this plot has run out of rows to hoe.
So let me urge you to have a hifalutin, higgledy-piggledy, hob-nobbing, historically high-spirited weekend.
Just don't hog out.

A nice collection of classics and a couple that were new to me.
You could cut the tree down to get the bag out.
I like the last one and then your comment that the plot has run out of rows to hill.
Two Valentine balloons got stuck in our tree a few days after that holiday and I'm always checking on them each day to see if they are still there. They are very helpful as wind socks so I know when to bundle up if it is windy out! Thanks for the giggles!

thecontemplativecat here. I wonder how long that bag will hang on? Love the cartoons, my favorites were Sweet Caroline and Mortuary. We saw Neil Diamond concert once. It was awesome. When he started singing that song, the whole stadium sang along enthusiastically.
Could that be a party balloon in the tree and not a blue bag? Perhaps I need my eyes testing.

The blue bag in the tree? There is a FB group called 'The Dull Men's Club". It's hilarious, a place where the small ordinaries are celebrated. You need to post a picture, and promise an update. Be prepared to end it with your age, sex, and shoe size. If you can somehow manage to fit a banana for scale, it will be a hit.
