Were there any cookies left for him? Or did your dogs get them?
This next one is especially for Lori Down the Street.
I'm embarassed to tell you how long it took me to figure out the next one.
That's all I've got, Gentle Readers.
Weather Report: it's cold and windy here in the Arizona Central Highlands today. There was some rain again during the night and there's just the tiniest trace of snow here and there. But a white Christmas we shall not have.
I hope your holiday is filled with joy and the year ahead finds a lot of mirth. And not just in the Friday Funnies.
Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas to you both!
ReplyDeleteBeen a while since you've changed the photo on the blog, I finally noticed the guy with the bad posture at the far end of the bar. Tell him to straighten up. Thank you and have a very nice Christmas Day.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the "rain/rein" reference. At one point it was pelting rain on the west side of the house and now look what a great day it is! Reggie and I did walk in the spitting snow. Merry! Merry! Having NY Strip roast today. Remember the awful lobster we had for Thanksgiving . . . hope this isn't a repeat. We do experiment on the holidays.
ReplyDeleteWe had steak and lobster last night. Very good. Going to the BRD's for brunch later.
DeleteOh! And Aretha? I think that was her in her younger days. I grew up on Motown. My niece is her doctor now. Small world. R - E - S - P - E - C - T! Played that 45 over and over. My poor mother!
ReplyDeleteThanks for all your laffs throughout the year, Bruce. Love to you and Judy and have a happy, healthy 2016.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great chuckles. Have a great day but beware of cookie eating dogs!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!
Eleanor Cat would simply consider a glass of milk as a golden opportunity, and stick her head in.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas! Love the non-cookie stealing dog.
ReplyDeleteThanks for these and for all the laughs and thoughts and visits through the year. Very best wishes for the season to you and yours!
ReplyDeleteI'm starting to look like Stage Four of life: Looking like Santa. Merry Christmas.
