As for the leftovers-the host of the splendid table revealed her favorite day after meal-
A ciabatta bun-one side partially scooped out-in that space philly cream cheese or creme frais seasoned with chive, or onion or garlic or not, mayo and mustard on the other half, a large slice of turkey topped with cranberry sauce onto which you put a piece of warmed dressing topped with gravy. Sounds like a way to clear most of the leftovers in one sandwich.
When they were little our kitties would jump right up and into the main part of the refrigerator. Well, they were small and we have a big fridge. They try that now but can't make it!
I had an uncle who always tried to get us to eat SPAM out of the can. He wouldn't even scrape off the gelatin crud.
I notice that Catzilla is not after the vegetables.
No, Spam is definitely NOT a part of my diet. The first time I ate it was the last time I ate it. :)
I do like always having a knife on me. Or at least scissors. (Ever try getting in some of those chip bags?)
Those are all hilarious, but I liked the actress one best. Ha!
