Who will be the President?

  1. I'm the guy who said in 1979 that a B movie actor who's best known work was "Bedtime for Bonzo" could never be elected president.
Your guess is probably better than mine.

  2. I wish I had an answer, and really I wish I could make the outcome just the way I want it to be.

  5. Trying not to dwell on it. Sometimes bad things lead to good changes, and good people set up terrible unintended consequences.

  6. Dr. King said "The ultimate character of a man is not where he stands in times of comfort and convenience but where he stands in times of controversy and challenge."

It would be nice to think that wisdom would find a home in the heads of "Republican" members of the US Senate.

Don't make book on it though! Most of the present Senate Republicans lack character and rather are characters of evil, or stupidity, or both. However you see it, they will be vilified by history, like Quislings.

  7. I just hoped that whoever gets the job is strong, wise, and peaceful..and I'll add willing to listen and understand.
    A tall order.

  9. I'm praying it's not the one who thinks walls are better than bridges.

  10. King would be disgusted by the wretched excuse for a human being currently in the post.
