FINALLY!

At last it's finally here and I can officially say:

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

This spooky fellow is waiting to greet Trick or Treaters at a home in our area.

He's even spookier when you see how big he is.

Meanwhile, far away in Montana, my musical cousin Bonnie and her mother Lil dressed up for a fiddle jam recently.

That gal on the right is bearing down on her 97th birthday next March.

It's great to see she still has her sense of humor.

(Love the stockings, Aunt Lil!)

Here's hoping you all have a great night this Halloween and don't have any nasty tricks played on you.

  3. Happy Halloween! I'll be glad when it's over, I must admit.

  4. Only one visitor. Hit or miss here in Germany. Sometimes a lot of kids sometimes none.

  5. Snowing, the usual Halloween. Sometimes it slows the kids a bit, but this is the norm for them. And it's warm, 25F. Often Halloween is below zero.

  6. I'd rather have Bonnie and Lil on my porch to greet the treat-seekers than Stretch McSpooky. We won't have any, though. The kids out here will go to town. I had Hick give the 8-year-old grandson two baggies stuffed with assorted treats yesterday, when he got off the bus after school. Yeah. He's going to town tonight.
