Happy times watching that show. Yes, All the photos I use are my own." Quote hunting a second nature to me. Now. I can smell them. Thanks for your visit and disposed. Aloha
Nope, don’t remember ever seeing that, will have to look it up. But, when I saw the words "Turkey Drop" I remembered hearing of a phenomena of relationship breakups called “Turkey Drop” where someone gets dumped because the other party doesn’t want to spend the upcoming couples and family Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Valentine’s Day) with that person. A clean break so to speak. Dropped that turkey.
Oh gosh, I loved that show!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, just watched it again on FB. Best Thanksgiving show ever.
ReplyDeleteI do! And I was excited to move to Cincinnati but they didn't seem to hold it in as much reverence as I did. Ha!
ReplyDeleteI still remember that episode. SO funny.

ReplyDeleteThat was one of the funniest things I ever saw on TV (or anywhere). Thanks for the reminder. I'm smiling just thinking about it.
ReplyDeleteLove it and remember the show well. I can stillhear the opening music, too.
ReplyDeleteNope. I actually like BootsandBraids Turkey drop idea. Get out of going to family holiday dinners!
ReplyDeleteIn Cincinnati! I was a devoted watcher of that show and loved the tongue in cheek humor.
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid I had never heard of it, but I have looked it up and will watch it. 😊
ReplyDeleteI do remember this. What a funny show.
ReplyDeleteOne of the all-time classics.
ReplyDeleteI don't think it was ever shown downunder.
ReplyDeleteI remember!
ReplyDeleteI had to look up WKRP. Apparently it stands for Western Klamath Restoration Partnership... I am none the wiser.
ReplyDeleteBefore my time. But I've seen clips.
