HEY, SHRIMP!

Springtime is a great time for these.


Sauteed shrimp.

Actually, any time is a good time for shrimp.

We had these for our anniversary dinner at home a couple of weeks ago.

They are Smoked Paprika Shrimp and they were served over creamy Parmesan couscous.

For some reason the couscous were rather bland.

SWMBO said they could have been "kicked up a notch", as Emeril would say.

But the shrimp were delicious.

We'll try this dish again.

  4. We love shrimp on the barbie! Right now Costco has lobster tails for $10 each. Another great shellfish to grill!

  5. I suspect what you call shrimps, we would call prawns. Anyway, what the heck? They certainly look good. I hope the curried prawns (sorry shrimps) I'm cooking on Saturday evening will taste as good as yours look. And they're healthy as well!!

    1. Over here we have both shrimp and prawns. I believe the larger ones are called prawns.
