If not coyote, then a bobcat. I've seen them in the neighborhood. Hopefully looking for small barking dogs . . .
Bruce, up here in the canyon we live in the coyote equivalent of Disney Land, nightly serenades and neatly skinned rabbits.
You need to put up a No Trespassing sign.
It's 82F now here and bright sunshine and way too hot! Don't know about those tracks, but I don't think coyotes like old codgers such as us.
Seventy-six degrees sounds wonderful. I look forward to being able to go outside without a coat.

It was 76 here in Missouri today, with 1-3 inches of snow forecast for Saturday. No predictions for coyotes.
COYOTE UPDATE: I was just outside (6 p.m. - still light) and heard the coyotes howling over on the savannah. I walked down to the edge of it but, as usual, couldn't see them. But I sure heard a herd. (heh-heh)
