THE ROCK JOCK

This is how it all started . . . 51 years ago.  A rock and roll radio station in Minot, North Dakota.  Ladies and Gentlemen, allow me to introduce . . . Bruce on the Loose!!!

I never understood why the studio photographer insisted on portraying a bunch of crazy disc jockeys as (relatively) well dressed, thoughtful, sensitive individuals.  We certainly weren't.  But I guess that's why they call them "glamour shots."

  1. A handsome buck you were. But that look of madness glints in the eyes. Wildness in the right and contrary rebellion in the left.

  2. You look like you should be driving a sports car down Route 66. Nice picture. I look like a Soviet dissident in my old pictures.

  5. If you tuned to KGBT 1530 AM in South Texas you could have heard "Wild Wacky Weekends With Wally."
